We kindly request that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any inconvenience to our staff and other clients. To encourage adherence to this policy, we have implemented a 50% cancellation fee for appointments cancelled within 24 hours and require your card to be placed on file at booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and resources to deliver exceptional service to all of our valued clients.
At Isle de Mar Massage & Spa, the safety and well-being of our clients are of utmost priority. For this reason, we require all clients to sign release forms prior to any service. These forms ensure that our clients are fully informed about the benefits as well as risks involved with each service. Additionally, they help us provide personalized care by making us aware of any medical history or concerns that may impact the service. We take great care in providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all our clients and believe that signing the release forms beforehand only enhances the trust our clients place in us.

This is because substances such as alcohol and drugs can impair judgment and affect the body's responses. Any deviation from a professional service whether through rude and unwelcoming behavior or sexual advances via verbal or physical means will result in immediate termination of client and therapist contact. Cost of scheduled services will be charged to the card saved on file and we will alert appropriate authorities immediately.
